Vitamin E is also a part of this supplement so that the fish oil will not spoil. There are actually more positive fish oil side effects than negative. Depending on what you are taking the fish oil for, a specific fish oil dosage should be used. A doctor or pharmacist should explain the dosage and it should be followed thoroughly to prevent damage to the health of the patient.
